They told me there was a free auction, but when i entered my account number they charged me 159$, then won't give me a refund!

While at swipeauction.com i was asked if i wanted to try a free auction. When i found out i had to use my account number i was worried, but it said free. Immediately 159$ was taken from my account. I was told i would have to print a refund form, sign it, and mail it, then contact them in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later they finally said i was approved for a refund and it would arrive in 6-10 days. Now, 16 days after that, they are saying the company is closing down and they can't issue refunds, nor can you use the purchased bids. And i also was told i couldn't speak to a supervisor. So i have been totally ripped off!
