I am reporting a scam that is on the internet from Swipe Auctions.com. They charged your credit card for $159.00 wihtout your consent and then when you contact them they say you will get a refund. When contacted because of not receiving the refund they claim they no longer have any money to refund.
This is a ripoff that needs to be turned over to an attorney to be prosecuted for fraud.
