WASHER - Frigidaire Stack Washer/Drye

I called geek squad a month ago to repair my washing machine which consistently flashes an le sign everytime i try to use it. Along with the sign it stops working. They scheduled someone a week later. The guy checked the washer and decided he cant fix it as he needed some other part replaced. So he scheduled another visit the following week. He did come back again as scheduled and but alas he found out he needed some other part for the machine. A second part. And so he scheduled to come back the following week. He never came and when i called him he said the part is not yet available. Thats been three weeks without a washer. I called the main office and they said theyll send a different guy and scheduled me again for another week. Now its been a its been a month. Still the washer is not fixed. Bad service. Is there a way to protect us consumers but this hoax?
