Want me to remit payment

I had my backyard sprayed for ticks. My total bill was $85. Oo, paid them at time of service in cash (have original receipt). They have send me 4 (four!) bills asking me to remit payment. I have called and talked to them everytime, they tell me that the bill was a mistake and that they will make sure balance registers as $0.00. So I ask them to send me a receipt reflecting balance at $0.00 and what do I get in the mail??? Another BILL!!! I am tired of this!!!
