Ripoff dishonest billing practices never showing the correct balance or give credit for payments recieved

In 1995 my son borrowed the down payment from my mother to purchase a new 16 wide mobile home. After 3 years my mother died in whose name the home was in. However they still send mail to my mother as if she was still living. They do nothing but send paper demanding money.

When I send payments it never reflects on the billing. For example in January i sent them 300.00 dollars. They gave no credit for that.instead I got a bill saying I owed 754.00. I sent them another 50.00 dollars.

Then the 28th of April I sent them 250.00 dollars then I get the bill on may 10 says I owe 854.00 dollars. Now I am not a genius but when I send payments the bill increases.

I don't know what method of bookkeeping they use but it's one I haven't learned. Yet all I want too do is pay what I owe but they make it so hard you can never catch up payments. My monthly pay is only 127.00 and 4x127.00 is not 854.00. I don't care how you add it.

What I want is for them to use a honest practice in figuring my bill. When I call them I never get the same person twice and then they are so rude you can't talk with them. I want to publish this so other people may see and not make this mistake
