Shelly Odem Contacted me offering a Mystery Shopper job using Career Builders.com as a ruse

The Forward Business LLC is a scam. I fell for their offer of a "fun" job at your time. There were many red flags but they tricked me using the ruse of Career Builders.com. They sent me an application, which at the time I was surprised but felt Career Builders.com would screen who they allow access to resumes. So, I completed the application and sent it to the person who contacted me. Real dumb for an educated woman. Unfortunately, I did provide the name of my bank (no account number). The lucky thing was, the application did not ask for nor did I provide my social security number.
