I got caught up in my job search and filled out an application online in a response to career builder. Most of the information was in my resume already so I wasn't too concerned with the exception of my birthdate. Then came a follow up email that asked me to fill out a job application. I caught on and didn't fill it out but they asked for a bank relationship and required a signature at the bottom. Be careful, there are a lot of these Secrete shopper or check clearing job scammers sending emails from career builder.
