They ask for a fee of $39.00 I havent heard anything in 3 weeks

I saw the job ad on Career builders. It was saying airport jobs and to call a number that was provided. I called the number and it ask for me to send in some personal info and send $39. Oo one time fee. Its been 3 weeks and i still havent recieved a call or email from them. Plus I thought Career Builders was a trusted site.
