I returned the cd's you sent me and called you numerous times. I was told i would receive my refund of $189.95 in 30 business days. Today is 30 days and i have not gotten my refund credited back to my debit card yet. I was told today it would be anywhere from 1 to 15 more days to receive it now. That is not what i was told on the 23rd of october when i called. My refund was approved on that day. Please let me know for sure when i willreceive it. My name is beverly isaacs, 107 didemma, p.O.
