My experience is amazingly similar to that which others have described. Shipment of the two faucets I ordered were delayed for months and when I canceled the order two faucets were shipped the next day. These faucets were different and not what I ordered, but HomeCenter is planning to access a restocking fee. I say planning because weeks have gone by but they have not refunded anything even though I promptly returned the faucets.
