Payment have been sent, keep getting non payment letters, will not return my calls or respond to my letters RIPOFF

Payments have been send on time. They insisted I did not send a May payement, so I sent another but have not heard regarding that. Still sending payments usually early. Now say have not received Julys which I sent on the 15th of July and August was sent last week. Have called 5 times and on hold for 15 to 30 min - finally push "1" to leave a message and it says the mail box is full. Was able to leave message a week ago but no one has returned call.

Sent letter requesting to hear from some one. No response. I now have my check copies from Jan 05 - Aug 05 and will send them certified. Is there really anyone working there and who is the lously bookkeeper? What am I to do?
