My husband and I ordered several faucets and soap dispenser from Homecenter.com. One of the faucets was too large. We followed Homecenter's instructions to the letter: We requested and received an RGA #. We shipped the faucet back to the address Homecenter instructed. The faucet was delivered to that address on January 7.2009. It is now JULY 31, and Homecenter has not credited a dime to our credit card company. These people are crooks. Wish I had read all the negative reviews BEFORE purchasing from them. Never again.
