Product is misrepresented and return policy is a lie

After searching the internet for faucets for our bathroom remodeling job we came upon lightinthebox.com's website. We found some very god looking bathroom faucets. They are chrome with glass waterfall style spouts.

Being a skeptic I contacted the sales department through their online chat. I explained to the sales person what we were looking for and what the application for the faucets we were interested in would be used for. She repeatedly told me these were quality top of the line products and would fit any standard bathroom sink, but we would need to purchase a converter so as to hide the other two holes in our sink since these faucets requires only one mounting hole.

I started my project since this was the last item we needed to buy. The faucets arrived and are beautiful. Problem is they do not fit through the holes in our china sinks with the water lines attached.
