Environment is very unfriendly, and unhelpfull as a new employee. No good Customer service skills. At times more than once you are unaware of what to do when hired as a new employee.

When a customer complains, the situation is not investigated; the customer who complains is taken at their word, and the person who the complaint was against is fired or looked at differently; when that is not the situation at all.

New Employees are not trained properly when hired as phlebotomist. The phlebotomist are just thrown into the job.

They will hire you to do one thing; then ask you to do something totally different, and then it becomes a problem when something happens.

The employees are also being trained by unqualified, and unprofessional workers with no customer service skills, who are very mean, and rude.

Their also could be some racism going on when it comes to the phlebotomy department.

Note: The Nursing homes you go to. The nurses are also very rude to the phlebotomist, and unhelpfull.
