Ad service all the way - customer service

Ad customer service with the employee and spoke to a person who says he the manager and ask the employees the manager they wouldnt let me know and the service was i yelled by the employee and the employee should be wrote up for bad customer service!!! And the owner should well trained again on how to speak to the customer when taking a call!!!
