CVS Caremark
Poor customer service-CVS Pharmacy 7603 Culebra - prescription medication

I have been a Wal-Greens customer for years and unfortunately my new medical requires me to use CVS. The pharmacy workers are the most rude, unfriendly employees I have encountered. It may be a San Antonio cultural issue but the employees lack so much customer service skills. One would imagine that if you are dealing with sick customers you would be taught and held accountable to provide excellent customer service and CVS San Antonio store #5857 gets it wrong EVERY time. This is my third disappointing experience. The leadership team should be ashamed.
