Store Confidential Consumer Records in unlocked Public Bathroom

In addition to horrible customer service; being yelled at by a child. I would like to submit a complaint about a company in Charlotte, NC. The company stores hundreds of confidential client records in the unlocked public bathroom on the premises. Such information included; name, address, telephone number, vehicle VIN number, license plates number, etc. The store was visited on May 28 at or near 11:30am Eastern Time. I was shocked to see that such information was readily available for anyone to peruse and use at will for identity theft. Store Location: 3728 W. WT Harris Blvd., Charlotte, NC
