Terrible Customer Service

I have never written a complaint to a business before, but being a district manager to a chain of retail store I felt that dun-kin donuts needed to be aware of the terrible customer service at there Charlotte, NC location (5133 South Blvd). I have used this location to purchase donuts for my stores in the past and it seems that every time all the orders get mixed up or they give the orders to some one else. Today (06-15) I stop in to purchase some breakfast and donuts for one of my stores after placing my order I waited 20 minutes for my order and when I asked one of the employees if they could find my order, I was told that they had given my order to some one else. At this point I asked to have my money refunded, I was not given an apology so I took my business elsewhere.in all my travels around the U. S and visiting different dun-kin donuts this store has the worst customer service and sense of urgency towards customer service that have visited.
