Will not refund charges

I called when procuct did not work as advertised, they stated a money back guarntee if not satisfied. Received permission to return product, have a return Postal Receipt # 7003 3110 0002 2780 1346. Dated 04/15 Waited 30 days for credit to my credit card. Called again, excuse moved into new office, will get refund in two weeks, this has been the same excuse each month when I call them. I called today Oct 14, and was told they would mail me a check on December 7. No reason given why it will take that long.
