Short sale

My husband and I had to do a short sale on our home of 26 years. Which was hard anyway, but chase it much harder. We started in Sept. Faxed paper work wait 6 weeks and nothing, called them. The paper work was sitting on a desk, then it had been lost! So we refax, they lost it again, this time when faxed I also mailed copies. So they finally had what we thought was all the paper work, but know since it had been lost all that time had to do all again, sent return recipet. They actually revecivedit that time.By this time we were 5 months behind on payments, all the phone calls from them. Told them were trying do short sale as my husband had lost his job then had have triple bypass surgey all within 1 1/2 months. We had realtor helping, had a buyer within aweek of it beening on the market. A took from septuntill the end of may. So much happened but that was enough so we thought then they sent letters after it was sold that we needed insuance on the house we did not even own anymore, then sent letters about how they can do loan modfactin on the house, I called them I dont even remember how many times, still getting letters from them and has been 4 months sent the house was sold. The buyer all most walked away acouple of times becauce of all the pit falls of dealing with chase. Hopefully all the will stop soon.
