Lack of community participation in local toy drive for needy children.

All local stores (KOHLS, WALMART, KMART, TOYRUS, HOME DEPOT, LOWES) helped us this year with our downtown Long Beach Christian Outreach in Action (COA) toy drive except TARGET. We purchased thousands of $ in gifts, gift cards and toys (from cash donations). We were encouraged to return back (~1 Dec) to the store and speak with HR and after we did (Bellflower Blvd store in Long Beach CA & Los Alamitos Blvd store in Los Alamitos), we were told they have already spent all the donation $ they had available. We were very disappointed in TARGETs lack of support for a local needy organization.
