Employees rumage through donations intended to help the needy. They take all of the good stuff for themselves and family members, leaving nothing but junk to stock the main store. This is a gross injustice and defeats the purpose of people donating in the first place.
The mother-in-law of an aquaintance works there and loads up on goodies. She has her daughter-in-law come to the store to get items she has picked out for her and she just walks out of the store with it as the other employees look on because they all do it.
Perhaps if the company cracked down on this matter, they would have better items to sell and therefore raise more money for their cause. How much can a couple of hidden cameras cost?
