Cut from unemployment again

Hello my name is Edward and I live in the far west suburbs. I am complaining abot my unemployment. I only receive $220 every 2 weeks and I am finishing up school to better my self. Once again unemployment cut me off and wants all this paper work done again which I understand if need be but I have already done this 4 time since I have been on unemply. Which started in Feb. I find this a little bizzare that in this time I started out at $800mth and they lowered it to $400 a mnth and I have to keep redoiong my paper work. I only raise this concern up because I know several people who are collecting $1600 a month for the last 3yrs and not once had to show proof of job hunting, schooling or any other significant case. I have a son and I worked my butt off then things went down hill and now that I had payed all my taxes in they don't wanna pay back out and really with $400 a month they are going to keep jepardising my life when there have been plenty of people collecting more and longer without any type of urge to help themselfs just collect there check. How does our government figure? I just thought maybe Fox News should be notified of this just because that's a major injustice in my book. Thank you
