I placed an order for a pair of trainers/sneakers on the date above, the company took my money from my account on the 12/19 and never sent an email confirmation to say if my product was sent to my shipping address. I sent them an email for an update and they replied on the 12/19 stating my product is processing. I've contacted them via email, i've sent about 10 emails, probably more to the company, i've phoned them up on the number provided on their website. No one answers the phone, the phone rings for about 12 times then it get cuts off. It's been 11 days and i haven't heard anything!!!
