Re: Van Service to Boston Logan Airport August 10th Res: W1314491

Van Service requests you give a minimum tip before the service is rendered of $10. It leads customers to think that if they don't give a tip they will not make every effort to get you to the airport on time. Terrible ride to airport. Had to wait for late second passenger. Then they made me get out of the van, I always already tired getting up so early, and change vans on a moments notice. Complained to customer service and they just sent me back a copy of terms and conditions. They do not care about customer satisfaction.
