My building converted so that tenants now pay for electricity and my first bill seems exceptionally high. I live in a studio, have no television or stereo and my total bill is $242.90—of which $103.47 is a delivery charge. I've made three calls to Con Ed and have not still don't have an answer. Please help me understand this bill—Thank you.
