Car wash - Broke car and Backed Out of Repairs

We brought our car in to be washed by ABEL and SILVERPOINT. They broke the windshield and wipers. They knew it was their fault so they gave us a written, signed statement saying they would pay. When they found out the reapirs were more than they expected (we have a range rover with a heated windshield with a rain sensor) they backed out. They lied and said it was our fault cause the rain sensor was on. The rain sensor was not on when we gave them our car - they turned it on manually. Furthermore, they never told us to turn it off or posted anywhere it needed to be off. Regardless, it was off and they gave us a written, signed statement of responsibility! Now we are on the hook for a $500 deductible to our insurance and we even had to pay for the car wash! Abel and Silverpoint are incompetant. They are liars and cheaters. While we were there, we saw them break another car. They said "see we break cars all the time don't worry." Whatever you do, DO NOT TRUST ABEL AND SILVERPOINT!!!
