Safelite in Hooksett, NH replaced my cracked windshield for me. After they replaced it I went on vacation for a few days and when I got home there was literally a puddle on the floor of my car. Also, they didn't install the windshield wipers correctly so when i was driving and I had to use them in the rain one of them fell off which as you can imagine was extremely inconvenient. I took my car back to safelite and asked them to check to make sure the windshield was installed properly. I also mentioned the windshield wipers. First, the guy goes to my windshield wipes and says, "well all you have to do is pop them in." Oh, right, because an 18 yr old girl knows how to install windshield wipers? If it was so easy why couldn't you do it yourself. And thanks for the attitude, buddy. Then they tested the edges of the windshield for leaks but wouldn't let me watch them test it until after they had already tested it themselves. They tested every side except the bottom side that is adjacent to the dash board. When I asked them about it they said water was getting into my car through my sun roof. Completely unhelpful and obviously lying to me. Well, a few days later my car alarm goes off in the middle of the night in the rain and it won't stop no matter what i do. My dad had to detach the battery from my car. Long story short My alarm went off a total of three times in the rain and my window wouldn't roll up. Turns out water was not only leaking into my car but it was leaking into the computer of my car and messed up my electrical system. We had to get the car checked at least 4 times because the problem was so complicated. My dealership finally had to re-replace the windshield because safelite did such a terrible job. My Dad called and kindly told them about it and they were complete jerks and didn't care.
