Midlothian Kwik Kar Wash
Owner, Manager Broke Winshield, Poor Job Done

I went to the Kwik Kar Wash in Midlothian Texas to get my husbands Jeep detailed. When they were done after 1 hour, I went to get in the car and they had all the windshield wipers going and could not turn them off, the car was still oozing mudd from the corners and they pedals still were caked in dirt. I had the look at those things to fix. They did but were very annoyed to do it. When I sat in the drivers seat, I noticed a huge crack (about 15") in the center of the windshield. This is a jeep, in which the windshield is very small anyway so it was about 3/4 of it. I asked to speak to the manager, a gray haired short man came over and told me it was a rock chip and he would not pay my deductible to have it fixed. I told him I did not ask for anything. He was VERY, VERY RUDE and then told me he was not going to talk to a woman, to get my husband to call him. I asked him what century we live in. I told him he could talk to me. He then told me that I just wanted something for free and he was not going to give it to me. I kept telling him I was not asking for anything for free but if he had any good customer service instints, he would offer something for the damage so that I possibly migh return. This was my very first time here, remember. He then told me I should be mad at the rock, not him and I was just emotional. Really. I paid over $50 for a poor car wash, bad vacuum job, a broken windshield and to be told I was a second class citizen. I would not go to this establishment. They do a HORRILBE JOB and have poor customer service skills at best. Go into the YAHOO reviews and read what they have done to others.
