Complaint about call quality - Magic Jack VoIP

Several times I have been on a call when the other person stops being able to hear me, but, I can hear them fine. Usually, there are too many windows open on the browser or my anti-virus popped up & started a scan. Also, I have been told that my voice sounds far away & there is a low static sound to the other person. This is not good because some calls are important. I think they still have bugs that need working out.
