Dissatisfaction with Magic Jack

I bought my magic jack approximately one month ago and I am really dissatisfied with it. At first, it worked fine—then I started having trouble when using the phone with delays and disconnections. I had to continually move the magic jack around in the usb port to be able to reconnect to the caller. I was like the person on the Verizon commercial&"Can you hear me now".
