Misrepresent item, conterfeit goods try to trick people by saling expiration and nonworking item, fraud, scams

My father open a dollar store and i was trying to help him by getting merchandise that customer want and ask for it, so i went to by some item from him he say if you take the hole thing i will sale it for 30cent, i agree, and told him i will not take any food item nor expired item like medication so an. He say don't worry if you see any even after a month you can come back and return. Within a week when i sow the medication that expiered he didn't want to return. Sence then i went to the hospital i got sick because the money he took for this item is alot and some of the money my father even don't now about it. I 'm steel sick of what this gay did to me. I don't have any money for lawyers. Please help me thank you in advance.
