It has been over 30 days since my slip and fall occurred. The insurance representative from Smith's has not returned any of my phone calls or kept his word on sending me paperwork. I have recently found out that I was misdiagnosed by a well established medical group and have tried to notify the representative to speak to him about my further treatment that is needed for my care and still I have not received a return phone call. This is unprofessional.
