Billed me for a report I never requested

I received two eMails from "Intelius - Live in the Know" corporation last night. The first thanked me for registering with Intelius and gave my login identifaction as my eMail address. The second eMail sent seconds later gave my order details totalling $21.40 for my "most recent purchased reports:.

The problem is is: I never heard of this company, nor did I ever purchase Phnone Searc h Reports from this or any other company. And - the salutation is addressed as "Hello Barbara". I am not Barbara - I do not live with a Barbara - there is no Barbara in my life.

How is it possible that I get a bill addressed to someone I don't know with my eMail address?
