Extra 10$ charge

I bought some t-shirts on sept. 10 for a total of 43.93$. A couple of minutes after the purchase, they sent me an email "order info" with the total of 43.93$. On sept. 21, they shipped the items, and resent me an email "order info" with a new total of 53.93$, with a new transaction ID, and the charged 53.93$ on my credit card. When I check on "my account" on their website, under this purchase, It says: "total of 43.93$". Sent 3 emails since sept. 21 but no answer, although they say "request ar answered within 24hrs".

Still waiting for answers, but I am definitely not paying for an extra 10$.
