Overcharge for phone service

On July 29 we had our telephone service disconnected. On this date we received a statement for a bill saying we owed a total of $23.10... This for Sept. 07 to Oct. 06. How can this be since ourphone service had been disconnected... Next they say our number was changed from 251-943-4465 to251-960-1134... The number was 251-960-1134 and we never gaveanyone permission for any changes. Finally we have other services for $25.26 with nothing given forthese charges.
