Telephone Service Overcharge

My business is located in Clermont, Florida. For the past 5 months I have notice that my telephone bill do not arrive at all, and when I call Century Link, the balance on my account is almost triple of what is suppose to be. I need help because this is a recurring problem and of course the telephone company is always the winner.
