Bad - slave cylinder/clutch kit

I took my 2003 ford ranger in to have a clutch kit installed at empire ford in abingdon, va. Well i complained from day 1 with the service dept, the clutch was too soft, they said drive it till it falls out it's under warranty, well i complained several more times anyway, because i did'nt want to be out and break down. Well i went on a trip to michiogan to see my family and the clutch got hard to shift, so i took it to the local dealer atchinson ford in belleville, michigan. They refused to honor the warranty because they did;nt do the work, so they claimed they inspected the clutch, it was all ok just needed to be bled, well less than 1 month later it is acting the same, since i moved back to michigan i called the dealer they claim now the warranty is over (by 2 weeks) on the original trans work, i have to pay over $600 to have a slave cylinder put in. (b.S.) so now i get screwed because ford motor company dealers wont honor each others work! What kind of scams are they running? I am totally dissatisfied with both company's work and attitude and assistance! Time to find a new automobile company to purchase from, you would'nt think in this time of recession they would be screwing future car buyers, i always buy ford but now i'm thinking otherwise!!!
