I called the service to diagnose cold water dispenser. Sears sent some one from A&E factory service. This guy came, turned off the settings for my freezer and main sections. Then he pulled the wires out and diagnosed the problem with the transformer. Then he strongly suggested not to get the repair done and go for a new refrigerator. Then he did a shabby job of putting the wires back in and forgot to reset the settings to cold for the freezer and main sections. We did not check and found that the whole food got spoiled when we came back from a weekend outing. It was a lousy service.
