Service repair needs a lot of improvement

I had an appointment today for someone to fix my refrigerator my dad was here from 1-5 and no one showed up so now I am still without a refrigerator to keep my food cold, now I have to buy more bags of ice really need to do something about this, and when I called all they can say is sorry about the inconvenience and that I can reschedule that is not good enough since this was not my fault. They should of offered to have someone here first thing in the morning. I will never buy another product from Sears, they can come get this refrigerator and give me my money back broke in three months of having it.
