I ordered a medium rare queen size prime rib dinner. When I received the prime rib it was overdone... I received a second rib which was as I ordered. Medium rare. At the end of my meal the waitress, Shelby, told me that she didn't want me to come back there again. She said she caught " all kinds of hell" for other times I had sent back poor quality strip steaks I had ordered at that restaurant about a year ago. I guess I was supposed to accept whatever type of steak I had been given. I'm 65 years old and have never been treated like this before. I don't know if Shelby is the owner, manager, or waitress but I would like to make sure that the operators of this restaurant know of my complaint. When a customer pays $18.00 for a meal it should be prepared as ordered.
