Overcooked (and tough) steak through Take-out - Steak (Take-out)

I just had one of the worst steaks I have ever paid for at a restaurant. I ordered it Medium Rare and it didn't have a single pink (much less reddish) spot in it. It was moderately tough since it was cooked well done. A 7 Oz. Sirloins doesn't bring a lot of expectations from me, but it could have at least been cooked right. Don't EVER order one of their steaks to go unless you are prepared to turnaround and take it right back. I tried to fill out the on-line survey and after taking 5 minutes to enter all the information I got a message back saying messages could not be received at this time, try again later. I wouldn't want to hear my feedback either if I were them.

At least my dogs got a $12 treat (maybe, in their minds) tonight. I won't go back even for inside service after this experience. Bad!
