How about the Generic version of what you ordered for a higher price!

Salesman substituted a generic product in my order after I had him verify the product number 4 times in our conversation. I sent the product back, and was later told I did not send all the product back and was sent an invoice for the missing portion. I had to write a letter and eventually did not have to pay for their screwup.

A year later I was contacted and told they had the product number I had been looking for before. I verified the number, and was once again sent the generic version with a completely different number. Item was sent back without problems.

I asked them to take me of their call list and have been called and harassed twice a year for the past 3 years, each time asking them to not call anymore. One tome the caller said he refused to take me off his call list and eventually began swearing at me. If I could only have reached through the phone. He would had his face beat.

Recently a salesman called and gave a huge sob story... He then said he had a premium painters grade 7 day release masking tape and would throw in a free case of wooster brushes and roller covers. I got the package today. The tape is generic utility grade without a safe release rating for any days. The brushes and covers were generic dollar store brand. His items were marked up 70% over the average online stores, and none were anywhere near as described.

Their office seams to be reasonable, the 3 different salesmen were all liars.
