Sends generic knock off's of the product you think you are ordering

Invoice 14548-1 purchased 7/6/09 from BestOfferBuy.com I believe this company puts name brand products out there and then send you generic replacements that they have produced. A RIP OFF!!! I have read of other reviews complaining about the same thing. Product lists no web site on the box. It says made in China and lists a generic name and has no addresses or contact info on the box. They are quiet cleaver in how they get you to agree to the substitution but the deception is still there. It took me a bit to get the picture but this is what I think we are looking at. After many emails they sent me NOT what I ordered, but a replacement however it came with a corrupt software CD or possibly a dummy CD. The CD that came with the product listed great additional software with. However the CD was a mini and I cannot imagine how 11 additional softwares could have been on it. Support always answers me but kept directing me to substitute software which was for the initial product I ordered and said the driver was the same. Hmmmm? As if this product was a knock off of the original but it still did not work and of course none of that additional software that was included in their download. I kept asking for a replacement CD but have not been able after 3 months to get one. Since the product was their obviously generic substitution, there is no way do download correct software or driver from a different website. It appears this is a pattern. They list a legit product and send their knock off. Weather it works or not is irrelevant since you believe you are paying for a legit product through a series of events end up with their knock off, this is in my book theft. Cj
