Charges put on my account without authorization

RE: my order number:#696088
I would like my account to be credited at once. I tried to call several times to cancel as well as via email.
I finally reached a re "Jarad Mayfield iD#60, I have never experienced such terrible customer service and this is from a Supervisor. I explained my situation that I had tried several times to cancel as I was told this is a scam, I have not even received a courtesy call back and so I tried to call again today and spoke with supervisor, he advised I will not be able to receive credit for item I did tried to cancel. Please note I offered to retrieve my phone records as he did not trust that I had called and tried to cancel, please credit my account as I do not want to take this to the next level, as I see on your website I am not the first nor the last who has the same complaint.
