On july 25 I ordered a few coats. On july 26 I called this # (866) 305-7404 asked for my order to be cancelled due to making a purchase at their store in Deer Park, NY at the tangier arches circle site for my appropriate size. Only the items that I didnt purchase there I wanted to remained shipped such as the American hipster leather coat for $149.00. I was told that they would cancel the previous order of coats being that they were purchased in the store. The store manager -raechel assisted me with this transaction utilizing the company phone due to making the purchase requesting my order be cancelled. My store transaction#1317802554032085 cashier#107241 on July 26. Yet Wilson leather outlet online store still shipped the items & only one item i had received in the box. Wilsons leather outlet claims there were several coats in the box in which there wasn't at the time nor a reciept for the item I received. At the time of delivery I had no knowledge of the delivery nor did anyone sign for my package. It was stated that the package was delivered & unsigned at the back door of my resident in which I don't occupy & I have on my address 109-25 132nd street 2 fl, south Ozone Park, NY 11420. My ph#347-443-3665 in they could call for delivery that the failed to call. I thought my order was cancelled for the other coats as per prior conversation & was unaware the above items were shipped untilI received my credit card statement this month for $378 and out of that I should rightfully be only billed for $149.00. My online order #9191584486-001. My above email address is also used to reference my account. They owe me a credit back to my credit card$203.29 from $378.00. They told me I would receive the credit in 14 business days after they put a claim against UPS the carrier that delivered the package. After 14 business they still haven't resolved my matter. I called again Monday & they state their still investigating. This unfair & a store credit won't justify because I'm being billed for item I've already purchased in the store 7/26 spending $678.26. I would like my money refunded back to my card. It isn't fair to pay for purchases I hadn't received.
