Technician wasted time without installing internet

Company schedule a appointment and i took off to make the appointment.
Their technician informed the comany that no body opened the door. Which is not possible.
After 5 calls they told me sorry we can't make an appointment untill next monday.
Since this company has monopoly what ever they say is write for them. There is no value of time for an individule.
