Ever since I have signed up for Direct tv it has been hell. They do not treat their customers well and they like to scam people on their bills and not refund their money back.

I live in an apartment complex in which Direct tv has a joint agreement with Multiband, who is wonderful I might add, and they dropped the joint billing bundling feature without even telling me and now they expect me to pay late charges when I have never received a bill from them until yesterday. They also said that I never paid last month's bill when I have proof of recepit and a bank statement showing that I did. I have never been late on any payment for anything! I am tired of this company and the service they provide.

It will be the biggest mistake of your life if you sign up for direct tv!!!

To put a cherry on top of all of this, they do not even have a customer complain hotline. They expect you to write a letter. Who knows when and if this letter will even be read! I am warning EVERYONE!!! Stay clear from this company they will scam you and make your life miserable!
