Bought a dishwasher from Sears.
After 2 weeks this dishwasher leaked.
Called service and the Sears service man arrived in a bad mood.
Took 2 minutes, told me what was wrong, told me he had to order a part and was gone&total time spent here—10 minutes.
About 7 days later received a call from Sears Service centre to say the repair man was coming between 9am and 6pm to replace the part. I take a day off work to wait. The day he was supposed to arrive, I receive a call—the call is cancelled by Sears.
They would contact me a few days layer they call again and advise me that the service man is coming., I again take a day off work and guess what&the call is cancelled once again.
So 2 calls were cancelled and everday I have a flood in the kitchen—do they care?
I must have spoken to the call centre 10 times—all the promises came to nothing—no repairman, no apology, no repair, no nothing.
I wrote a long letter to Customer Service with details of this disgusting non service. Did all these complaints help=not a thing. Did I receive a reply from tham AND an offer to assist me&that would be wishful thinking. Why do we buy from Sears when we know that the service is non existent? ALLLLLLLLLLLL out complaints will not help one bit They will continue to screw us around.intersting=I have friend who works for Sears&she looked up the work schedule for my repair&they claim that I was not home one day when they came&what a lie. The intersting thing was that the entry was made at 8am and the appointment was for anytime before 12midday.!!! How do like them apples&besides being incompetent they now fabricate as well. My advise&NEVER NEVER EVER buy an appliance from Sears.
