A, APlus Comfort Care UNprofessional Services, UNorganized, NO Compassion, Short Staffed & Rude to their clients

People need to know! APlus Home Health Agency in San Antonio TX is a FRAUD! Their website is a FRAUD! They have nothing to offer but babysitters. They don't have skilled nursing services like the website claims, instead they refer these services to other home health agencies.

They terminate their severely disabled clients continuity of care if they discover the clients/family are smart & understand the system so that they're unable to CON them. It's all a personality thing and so immature and very WRONG!

Their employees are paid ZILCH! They offer NO incentive to even work there. Most of the employees have been nice, it's the administration with the problem. They hire people with mental problems and send women with 1 inch fingernails to care for the severely disabled. Yes... It's true. They sent these people to my home.

There's no compassion for the disabled and they are so short staffed they can't handle emergencies OR respite care. They think respite care is for emergencies ONLY. NOT! These are two different issues! I let them know they were wrong. They need to become more knowledgeable concerning their business. They lie to the clients to cover their butts when they make mistakes.

The Administration (i.E.D. Martinez) is rude to the clients.

The only advice I have concerning this scam of an agency is to NEVER use them for home health care for yourself or a loved one. APlus cannot provide the services they claim. Your loved one will only suffer from their lack of knowledge, organization & compassion. They're totally incompetent and very UNprofessional!!!

Don't waste your time with them.
